DICA USA’s new headquarters came to fruition from the purpose of connecting two very distinct cultures in their manufacturing and office space.

The ethos of the design was to create a transparent and all-inclusive environment where the two cultures could meld together, and ultimately thrive from each other. As history tells us, there is a plethora of companies that have these two departments and the culture behind them are very different. Our goal was to provide an architectural environment where these departments would connect, interact, and share ideas that came from the employee’s respective department and experience.
